Hi!

We’re Nick and Julie, the two authors of this blog.  We have been health conscious for several years now, experimenting with different approaches to nutrition.  Nutrition is frequently on our minds because we are very concerned about the health of our children as well as our own. Our two children, Isaac and Anika, are ages five and two.

On this site, we share regular posts of our insights and how we’re doing.  Eating healty with a busy life isn’t easy, but we feel it’s worth it.  Since we think about nutrition all the time, we thought it would be very good to share our experience with other busy families so they can speed up the process of becoming a healthy family.  We’ve certainly learned a lot, and we’re continually learning more.

We understand that different people have a different ideal diet for their own body.  We share  what has worked for us and let you adapt our experiences to your own situations and lives.  Every once in a while, we stumble upon a genuinely true principle that is widely applicable to all.  These principles should help you immensely as you apply them to your lives.
